Best service ever! It is an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Impeccable communication, knowledgeable staff, amazing value. I used their services at a vacation rental property and was so impressed by their communication and efficiency. After numerous follow-up visits with various technicians, each person was pleasant, professional, and prepared with notes about my property. It is such a relief to know I can trust them to communicate with me and keep track of the specific needs of my property. They are always eager to help, available in a pinch, and have taught me a lot about pests and how to prevent future issues. They even make scheduling and billing super easy. Worth every penny!

"Amazing Service"

Eden Advanced Pest Technologies is great!!! I have not seen a spider in my house since their initial treatment and I continue with the quarterly treatments to make sure it stays that way! Customer service is top notch and they are very responsive and professional. All the technicians that have been out having been great and Josh specifically is an outstanding technician and was even able to give advisement in regard to trees and bushes on my property. I can't recommend this company highly enough and I am very glad that I chose to work with them to get the spider problem on my property under control. I have since signed up for their tree service program for the spring as I have blister mites in the maples this year and want to prevent those and other pests/fungi next year to maintain the health of my trees. If you have pest control needs these are the people to get ahold of, hands downgrade A the way to go!

I had called late at night oh, about a flea problem at my uncle's house. It was horrible! Darren was out there the following Monday on time and ready. Unfortunately, my uncle was not quite ready to get out of the house for the few hours it would take to take care of the problem. Darren then moved around his schedule just to accommodate us and was there early the next morning. He was friendly and informative and answered each and every question that not only myself but my uncle's had as well. We ended up getting a Year's worth of protection and I couldn't be happier with that decision. I rarely leave a review, and I have to say it’s unfortunate that most of the time when I do, it’s to pass along constructive feedback. I’m pleased to send you this kudos review on Darren Bowlen's behalf. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to customer service, and it’s becoming rare these days to compel me to send commendations on an employee’s behalf. Had a few years of earwigs...lots...and in the house. Eden came to the rescue last year. We are on the maintenance program after the initial treatment. Have not seen one single earwig this year. A huge relief and totally worth the price to have zero bugs in the house or wasps outside. No tree bugs and no spiders either. They always text in advance of appointments and payments. Eden is the best!!!
